Helping YOU feel YOUR best!

About The Practitioner

Ashley Dinkel, LMT

I began my career as a Massage Therapist in 2018 after attending the Healing Arts Institution in Fort Collins, Colorado. During my time at school, I completed 600 hours of massage training, which included studying anatomy, physiology, massage fundamentals, and various massage modalities. I chose to pursue Massage Therapy to gain a deeper understanding of the body and the causes of injuries, as I have personally dealt with scoliosis since a young age. Through Massage Therapy, I've learned how to properly care for my body, incorporate stretching and muscle strengthening, and effectively manage my back pain. I enjoy sharing my knowledge, assisting others, and building connections within my community.

In my leisure time, I cherish moments with my family and our four dogs. Exploring the beautiful Rocky Mountains through hikes is a favorite pastime, and my son and I love swimming together during the summer. On indoor days, I take pleasure in baking delightful treats for my loved ones and experimenting with new recipes. Additionally, I find relaxation in working on puzzles from time to time. I am eager to meet and connect with all of you!
